Sophie Plante

A graduate in communication psychology, Sophie also has advanced training courses. She notably studied change management and facilitation techniques. For more than ten years, Sophie has acted in turn as an advisor in change management and organizational development. She has also been a coach and trainer for managers of several large companies, and a facilitator for their teams to help them achieve their goals.

Having worked with many leaders and managers, Sophie quickly understood that the key to success is a process of transformation and improvement lies in political skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence. Whether through change management, political skills, emotional intelligence, or communication, Sophie devotes her energies to supporting individuals and teams in achieving their goals in a humane and fun way.

Frédéric Gagnon

Frédéric works as a change management specialist and trainer for various Canadian companies – National Bank of Canada, Standard Life, Manulife, Cirque du Soleil, etc. – for more than ten years. He has helped develop just over 40 new change management resources. He also has several renowned clients in creative coaching in various environments: conference, humor, psychology, animation. He devotes his energies to the development of the full collective potential through personal know-how.

Experienced and creative

In addition to studies in philosophy, Frédéric is a master practitioner in neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and a practitioner in organizational change management. His success is not based solely on his skills and expertise but also, on his ability to understand people and their capacity to influence others.
