About this training


Training Objectives

  • Providing the participant with the ability to react, to better communicate, and most importantly, to intervene/to act in an interview, conversation, inquiry or argument Training Method

At the end of the training, participants will have acquired practical tools to:

  • Decode a handshake (15 steps), understand seated positions (9) and axis of the head (27), detect lies, read signals of seduction, and much more;
  • Identify and understand signs of doubt, avoidance, closure and lies in order to anticipate and handle objections and prevent misunderstandings;
