Paul-Claude Bérubé is a lawyer, trainer, and international speaker, recognized for his expertise in inclusive leadership and team engagement. A member of the Quebec Bar and an honorary member of the Port-au-Prince Bar (Haiti), he holds a law degree from Université Laval and has over 40 years of experience at the intersection of law, personal and organizational development, and human rights advocacy.

His unique path has led him to work in over 20 countries as a trainer and consultant for the United Nations, the International Senior Lawyers Project (New York), as well as numerous private companies and public organizations.

He has notably served as:

  • Chair of the Board of Directors of Independent Living Canada (1999–2010);
  • First Chair of the Board of Directors of Accessibility Standards Canada (appointed by the Governor in Council);
  • Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Canada Soccer, where he continues to be involved in governance and ethical leadership.
